Food Sciences and Industries Engineering (B.Sc)
Food Sciences and Industries Engineering is a term for a string of sciences that consider the physical and chemical characteristics of food products and also the process of collecting, producing, altering, packaging, maintaining and transferring food products. The aim is to train experts who can participate in different parts of research and education in food industries.
The B.Sc. course will take between 2 or 3 years covering 9 basic general courses, 13 basic sciences courses, 12 main courses and 36 specialized courses.
Graduates could play roles as managers of food industries' units, technical experts to handle the production line and monitoring the quality of products and also experts assisting in education and research.
Undergraduate students of Food Technologies and Rural Industries could apply to attend classes of this field.
